6N6C/6P6S or 6N2P Electronic Tube Substitute 6V6/VT-107/6V6GT/6N2/6H2N/6N1 Precise Matching is an NOS Soviet option.

The 6N6C/6P6S tube is a drop in replacement for 6v6 tubes, but matching is not available. You can still use an unmatched pair for guitar amp applications.

The 6N2P tube may replace 12AX7 tubes (NOT A DROP-IN REPLACEMENT) with either an adapter, or you may hardwire the heater to accept 6H2N tubes by grounding pin 9 and connecting the heater wires to pins 4 and 5 of the socket.
