We specialize in vintage and antique electronics, and because of the age and unique nature of these items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
That said, we want you to receive what you paid for. You may be eligible for a refund, repair, replacement, or other resolution if your order:
- Arrives damaged during shipping
- Arrives inoperable when it was sold as tested and working
- Is lost during shipping
3-Day Reporting Period
If your item arrives damaged or inoperable, please contact us within 3 days (72 hours) of confirmed delivery. Claims made after this period may not be eligible for a refund, repair, replacement, or other resolution.
Lost shipments will be handled separately based on the shipping carrier’s tracking information and claim process.
If Your Item Arrives Damaged
Please keep the original box and all packing materials and take photos of the item, box, shipping label, and packaging. These may be required for us to file a shipping insurance claim.
Please do not discard the packaging until the issue has been resolved.
A Note About Vintage Electronics
Even restored and tested vintage electronics contain components that may be many decades old. While we carefully test our items before shipment, we cannot guarantee that an original vintage component will never fail in the future.
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, normal cosmetic wear, characteristics shown or described in the listing, or damage caused by misuse, modification, improper connections, or incorrect operating voltage.
If something isn’t right when your order arrives, contact us within 3 days. We’ll work with you to find a fair solution.
